Radelli reserves the right to charge a service fee if the owner request for service is deemed to be caused by negligence or operator error. Examples include but are not limited to failure to return automated spa valves back to the automated position thus leaving the valve open and draining the spa into the pool. Maintenance of the pool, including water and chemicals, shall be the sole responsibility of Owner. Problems resulting from neglect, mistreatment, unauthorized or unreasonable use of the pool and its equipment shall be the sole responsibility of Owner.
